摘要
针对发动机电控系统故障的多样性和复杂性特征,为了便于汽车检修人员更便捷地检测出故障的原因,现研究一种基于虚拟仪器和人工神经网络相结合的汽车发动机电控系统故障诊断的新方法。利用虚拟仪器技术,可方便地对电控发动机运行状况进行数据采集,配合神经网络系统,能对采集的数据作实时有效的分析,直接给出故障诊断结果。通过对文中采集的数据进行分析,证实了方法的有效性和可行性。
Because of the fault of electronic engine control system has the features of diversity and complexity, to facilitate the automobile maintenance staff more convenient to detect the cause of the trouble, a new method of malfunctional diagnosis on automobile electronic control engine is introduced based on virtual instrument and neural-network. By using the virtual instrument technique, the data of the running engine is collected easily, and through the neural-network system, the data can be analyzed efficiently and the diagnostic result is given immediately. The analysis of the data collected demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
