摘要合适的肿瘤标记物对于前列腺癌的早期诊断和预后评估十分重要。自1960年发现前列腺特异性抗原（prostate specific antigen,PSA）以来,它成为前列腺癌诊断和评估的主要肿瘤标记物[1]。但PSA作为肿瘤标记物还有很多不足之处。比如特异性较差,在前列腺增生症和前列腺炎患者的血清中PSA水平也会明显升高。
