圆锥摩擦轮传动在大型锻形筒体环缝焊接中的应用

摘要 大型锥形筒体环焊缝是在专用滚轮架上用自动埋弧焊来完成的。由于滚轮架传动的缺陷以及筒体制造上的误差,使得滚轮架的滚轮与锥形筒体之间摩擦传动产生异常,导致锥形筒体旋转不稳定,焊接质量不能满足技术要求。为提高焊接质量,分析了上述两个影响焊缝质量的因素,提出滚轮架的滚轮摆放应符合圆锥摩擦传动原理,增加了滚轮轮缘摩擦装置来弥补筒体制造误差对圆锥摩擦传动带来的影响。实践证明,锥形筒体旋转稳定,提高了焊接质量。 The welding of large conical cylinder is finished with automatic submerged arc welding on the special roller beds.Due to the drive defect and the cylinder manufacturing error,friction drive makes an exception between the wheel of roller beds and the conical cylinder,then the tapered cylinder rotates unstable,the welding quality cannot meet the welding technology requirements.To improve the welding quality,we study the impact on the welding quality of these two factors,propose theory that display the rollers of roller bed should be consistent with principles of cone friction drive.Add a roller flange friction device to compensate the impact of the cylinder manufacturing error.Through the practice,the test is feasible,the rotating stability of the conical cylinder improve the stability of the welding quality.
