摘要
我国轮胎工业从进入21世纪以来,得到飞速发展,成为世界轮胎大国。但应认识到前进路上仍困难重重。首先,技术水平滞后,急需创新提高;其次,结构性矛盾突出,有待深化改革。为此,建议按如下7条来加快生产经营方式转变,实现科学发展:①建立大和强的产业战略体系;②转变传统发展观念;③树立创新思维;④提高质量意识;⑤深化节能环保和低碳观念;⑥走循环经济可持续发展的路子;⑦键全完善行业组织,理顺各方关系。
Chinese tire industry have developed rapidly to become a large tire country in the word from entering the 21st century.But it should be recognized that the road ahead is still difficult.First,the technology lag needs innovation and improvement;second,the structural contradiction needs to be reformed deepening.To this end,we recommend the following seven ways to speed up the production and management changes,to archive scientific development： ①build large and strong industrial strategy system;②change the traditional concept of development;③foster innovative thinking;④improve the quality of consciousness;⑤deepen energy saving and low-carbon concept;⑥walk the path of sustainable development of circular economy;⑦improve and perfect the trade organization,and streamline relationship between the parties.
