摘要
针对轴类工件特别是超长细轴自身的结构特点和加工领域中的典型缺陷问题,在工艺、机具等方面进行了系统性的探讨,解决了存在的主要缺陷,形成了一套较为合理的加工技术。
Due to the structure feature of the shaft work pieces,especially extra-long and fine shafts,it is normal to use general-purpose machine tool as a routine processing method.At present,it seldom forms the systematic processing method for the shaft work pieces in the processing field.For the typical defects and problems,the paper discusses and researches the processing methods and machine tools,solves the main defects and forms a reasonable processing technology.
