仙居抽水蓄能电站下水库调洪计算的特点 被引量:1

摘要 仙居抽水蓄能电站利用已建成的下岸水库作为下水库。下岸水库是一座以防洪、灌溉(供水)为主的综合利用工程。电站建设应不影响水库的原防洪功能,为此在下水库增设了一孔泄放洞以提高水库的泄流能力。按仙居抽水蓄能电站可行性研究阶段所确定的洪水调度原则进行调洪计算,成果表明,下水库台汛期各频率洪水位均低于下岸水库初步设计报告中同频率的相应洪水位,并且均不超过电站可行性研究阶段的复核成果,不会加大下岸水库下游的防洪压力,不影响下岸水库的防洪库容和总库容。 The Xianju Pumped-storage Power Station utilizes completed Xiaan Reservoir as its lower reservoir. The main purposes of the Reservoir are flood control and irrigation. In order to avoid the adverse impact on flood control capacity as the construction of power station, an additional flood-relief outlet will be constructed for the Reservoir. The storage routing of reservoir was conducted according to the flood regulation principles determined in feasibility study. The results show that the flood levels at different frequency in typhoon season are all lower than the corresponding values in the Preliminary Design Report of Xiaan Reservoir and not more than the values reviewed by the feasibility study of Xianju power station, and the power station project will not increase the difficulties of downstream flood control and not decrease the flood control and total storage capacities of the reservoir.
