摘要
目的研究《育儿评估量表》，用于评价中国3～6岁儿童父母养育状况。方法采用标准化量表编制程序，包含多种定性研究方法：①通过对专业人员（n=25）及3～6岁儿童父母（n=25）进行专题小组讨论，专家咨询（n=7），文献查阅等方法建立条目库；②由儿童保健及测量学领域内专家（n=15）对问卷进行审阅，进行条目库修改；③综合专家评分法（n=15）及因素分析法进行条目筛选。结果初始条目库包含H7个条目，经条目筛选后保留50个条目用以构成《育儿评估量表》。结论《育儿评估量表》是国内首个以3～6岁儿童父母为研究对象的养育状况评估工具。该研究形成了量表的初始版本，将进一步进行大规模调查以对量表的信度、效度进行检验。
Objective To develop a parenting assessment tool （PAT） in China to assess parenting conditions of Chinese parents for their children aged 3-6 years. Methods The standardized scale developing procedure was adopted, including： （1）Item pool was established through focus group discussion between professionals （ n = 25 ） and parents （ n = 25 ）, consultation with experts （ n = 7 ） and literature review; （2）Item pool was modified through child health experts and anthropometrists＇ check and approval; （3）Items of the scale were screened and selected by expert scoring （n = 15 ） and factor analysis. Results The item pool consisted of 117 items. After screening and selection ,50 items were remained to construct a preliminary version of PAT scale. Conclusion The PAT developed by this study is the first measurement for assessing parenting conditions of parents for their children aged 3-6 years in mainland of China and it is only a preliminary version. So, large scale investigation needs to be conducted to test reliability and validity of PAT.
