摘要
群机是一组相互连接的计算机，每台机器既能够独立地运行，又能够透明地访问其它计算机的资源，使用户感觉象使用一台计算机一样．本文提供一个分布式进程间通讯系统，把基于消息操作系统的本地ＩＰＣ语义透明地扩展到网络上，网络通讯协议采用 ｘｋｅｒｎｅｌ技术实现，群机间的进程能够用本地ＩＰＣ界面进行通讯。
A cluster is defined as a group of interconnected, whole computers working independent and together as a unified computing resource that can create the illusion of being one machine. This paper presents a system in which the local IPC semantics are extended across a LAN in a message based operating system, network communication protocols are implemented by means of x kernel technology. Communicating with remote process by the local IPC interface, process can access remote resource transparently.
