摘要
煤炭行业人才紧缺问题已经成为制约煤炭工业发展的"瓶颈"因素,通过对煤炭行业职工继续教育的优势、劣势、机会、威胁的动态分析,不断调整煤炭行业职工继续教育的发展策略,充分发挥行业协会、高校和企业三方的职能,利用远程教育的手段为煤炭行业职工继续教育服务,可逐步形成计划超前、体制完善、管理科学、资源优化、质量保障的新型煤炭行业职工继续教育体系。
Talent shortage has become a "bottleneck" factor that constrains the coal industry development. Through the dynamic analysis for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats of continuing education of the coal industry employees, the author suggests that we should make coal enterprises constantly adjust the strategy of the development of coal industry employees' education, fully play the role of industry associations, universities and enterprises, and provide distance learning services for coal industry employees, and gradually form a new continuing education system for coal industry employees with plan ahead, sophisticated system, scientific manage- ment, resource optimization and quality assurance.
