摘要
薄壁零件在传统的一次车削加工中,因其壁厚过薄,车削过程中容易产生工件变形及振动波纹,加工质量难以控制,从而加工效率低。究其难加工、变形的根本原因是切削热及切削力所造成的。
A thin part in the traditional turning in their wall thickness too thin,prone to turning the workpiece during the deformation and vibration wave,processing quality is difficult to control,resulting in low processing efficiency.Difficult to study its processing,the root cause of deformation and cutting force caused by the cutting heat.
