摘要
主要介绍了铁路运输管理信息系(TMIS)工程的特点和TMIS建设取得的成绩,指出了TMIS建设中存在的困难和问题。TMIS工程建设实行工程监理制度,是大型管理信息系统工程的首次尝试。
The project features of the railway transportation management information system (TMIS) and the achievements in TMIS construction are mainly introduced. The difficulties and problems existing in the course of TMIS construction are pointed out. The project supervision system practiced in the TMIS project construction is the first attempt for the large management information system project.
