摘要
目前我国燃煤电厂仍有部分中小型机组采用文丘里水膜除尘器进行烟气除尘。由于其除尘效率较低、烟尘排放超标,急需进行改造,据此提出了电除尘器文丘里水膜除尘器组合除尘方式的改造方案。该方式与传统文丘里水膜除尘改为电除尘器方式相比,改造施工周期短、投资少、可减小或避免水力输灰管道结垢、灰水排放pH 超标,且具有部分脱硫效益,同时除尘效率可以达标。该改造方式的技术关键是文丘里水膜除尘器对电除尘器后的低浓度、细粉尘烟气的除尘性能。对此进行了大量的模拟实验研究,并对电除尘器文丘里水膜除尘器组合除尘方式改造方案进行了技术经济可行性分析与论证。
There are still many Venturi collector equipped with middle or small units in coal fired power station in China, which were used for dust collection. They could not satisfy with the need for higher collection efficiency. The author posed a new reform method of dust collection. Which was the combination of electrostatic precipitator(ESP) and Venturi collector. A large number of simulating experiments were done on the collection efficiency of Venturi collector with the low concentration and fine dust, which was assumed as escaped from ESP. Simple technical and economical analysis was also done. The method was one of reasonable scheme of Venturi collector reform.
