摘要
雕刻用灰度图是用灰度阶表示实物高度的特殊灰度图.分析了双CCD三维激光线扫描仪与数控雕刻机集成系统中左右CCD切换所造成的扫描测量误差,基于邻域分析技术对当前测量点的X,Y两个方向上5个相邻的数据点进行平滑处理,其中基于X方向的插补结果对Y方向做再插补,使生成的灰度图符合数控雕刻加工要求.
This paper focuses on the technical issues encountered in transforming points-cloud data into grayscale in the environment that integrated three-dimensional linear laser scanner with double CCD and automatic engraving machine.By using the methods of linear interpolation,vulnerability interpolation and step interpolation on the X,Y direction,blind measurement is reduced greatly.Further interpolation on the Y direction based on results of interpolation on the X direction makes the final grayscale generated more reasonable and accurate.
