摘要
运用文献资料和逻辑分析方法,首先分析了我国高校体育俱乐部性质,认为对高校体育俱乐部性质的划分要在对其分类的基础上进行.其次,分析了我国高校体育俱乐部的管理体系,具体讨论了我国高校体育俱乐部的管理理念和管理体制.再次,探讨了我国高校体育俱乐部的运行机制,建议采用"非营利性(no-profit)俱乐部制度".最后,探讨了我国高校体育俱乐部的最终发展目标,认为高校体育俱乐部应该与社会体育、竞技体育相结合,为竞技体育院校化发展模式提供载体.
By means of documents and logical analysis,the paper first analyzes the nature of university sports clubs based on their classification.Secondly,the paper analyzes the management system of the sports club,and discusses the management philosophy and system.Also the article discusses the operating mechanism of college sports club,and proposes a ＂non-profit（no-profit） club system.＂ College sports clubs should combine with social sport and competitive sport for the development of competitive sports model provides carrier.
