摘要
当代汽轮机气动热力技术已发展到以新一代叶型、弯扭叶片为代表的全三维时代,即第3 代。文章讨论了第3 代技术的内涵、基本特征和技术开发思路,介绍了所开发的新技术及其在国产200MW 老机组通流部分现代化改造中应用的情况。试验表明,改造后机组通流部分效率提高约5 % ,出力可增加10 % ,机组性能达到了先进水平。
The aerothermodynamic technology of modern steam turbines has developed to full three dimention i e ,third generation with new generation blade profile and cambered blade as representative In the paper,the connotation of third generation technology,fundamental characteristics and technology development train of thought are discussed,and the developed new technology and its application situation in the modernized retrofit of flow passage of domestic old 200 MW steam turbines are described Testings indicate that,the efficiency of flow passage of steam turbine after retrofit is improved by about 5%,the output may be increased by 10%,with its performance reaching the advanced level
