摘要
[目的]探讨采收方式对白肋烟叶质量的影响。[方法]采用田间对比试验的方式对逐叶采收和半斩株采收方式下白肋烟外观质量、化学成分和感官质量的变化进行对比分析。[结果]半斩株采收提高了白肋烟的外观质量,改善了其感官质量,降低了烟叶总含氮化合物含量,使烟碱含量更加适宜,氮碱比得以提高,糖碱比和钾氯比也获得一定提升,烟叶主要化学成分更趋协调;半斩株采收的白肋烟感官质量表现为刺激性小、干燥程度低、燃烧性好。[目的]半斩株采收的白肋烟品质总体优于逐叶采收的白肋烟。
[Objective] The effect of two kinds of different harvest methods on burley tobacco quality was analyzed.[Method] The two harvesting methods：the leaf by leaf and the half plant-cutting affecting the appearance quality,chemical composition and sensory quality of burley tobacco was studied through the comparative experiment in field.[Results] The results showed that the harvesting method of half plant-cutting could promote the appearance quality and sensory quality of burley tobacco being improved and reduce the content of total nitrogen in leaf so that the content of nicotine was more appropriate,the ratio of nitrogen to nicotine,the ratio of sugar to nicotine and the ratio of potassium to chlorine was increased.The main chemical components in the ripen tobacco leaf was more harmonious.The sensory quality of burley tobacco by harvesting method of half plant-cutting showed that less stimulation and dryness,better combustibility.[Conclusion] The burley tobacco quality of burley tobacco by means of the harvesting method of half plant-cutting was better than that by means of the harvesting method of leaf by leaf
