对不同学习阶段护理本科生护理学基础课程学习需求的调查 被引量:18

摘要 目的描述和分析不同学习阶段的护理本科生对护理学基础知识、技能及学习方法的学习需求,促进学生护理学基础知识与技能的掌握,与临床学习的良好衔接。方法采用自行设计的护理学基础学习需求问卷,对北京协和医学院护理学院4年制本科1~4年级178名护生进行调查。按照课程设置,将学生划分为护理学基础课程学习阶段(第1学年第2学期至第2学年第1学期)、临床护理课程学习及见习阶段(第2学年第2学期至第3学年第2学期)、临床实习阶段(第4学年)。结果 3个阶段学生对护理学基础知识、技能需求主要集中于课程的重点章节,并关注职业防护等临床护理实践中的热点问题。年级越低的学生知识、技能需求程度越强烈(P<0.01),且对临床实践机会少的技能表现出高度的需求。在学习方法上,临床真实个案分析及情景练习在3个阶段学生中得到一致的认同。学生普遍认为,充分利用示教室模拟教学资源及网络教学资源是满足自我学习需求的基础。结论在基础护理学教学中,教师应注重不同阶段学生学习需求并结合临床实际,优化课程内容,实现与其他课程、临床学习的无缝衔接,促进学生将所学知识运用到临床学习中,培养学生思考问题和临床实际解决实际问题的能力。 Objective To investigate the learning demands of knowledge,skills and learning methods on Fundamental Nursing among undergraduate nursing students in different academic years.Methods A convenience sample of 178 undergraduate nursing students ranged from sophomore to senior in PUMC were investigated by using questionnaire on learning demands for Fundamental Nursing.Results All the students in different academic years paid close attention to the key chapters and the hot topics such as occupational protection.The students in lower grades had higher demands on the knowledge and skills of fundamental nursing,especially on skills they may have no opportunity to practice in hospitals.Regarding learning methods,all the students preferred to case study and simulated situational practice.Conclusions To build a scientific and systematic phase learning method in Fundamental Nursing,the faculties should focus on the combination of theory and practice,optimize curriculum design according to different phases of students' needs,and thereby to facilitate them to utilize theoretical knowledge in clinical practice and improve their ability of problem-resolving.
