摘要
各向异性介质基片上的平面传输线以及各向异性介质波导的研究愈来愈引起人们的重视,常见的分析方法是谱域分析技术。本文提出修正的时域有限差分法,它既有一般的时域有限差分法的优点,又克服了一般时域有限差分法计算时间长,占用内存大的缺点。修正的时域有限差分法具有应用范围广泛,公式推导简单,编程方便,程序的通用性好,收敛稳定性有保障等优点。它能用于分析鳍线、微带线和开放结构的各种各样的介质波导,而且能方便地处理介质的各种异性问题。
Plane transmission lines on anisotropic substrates and anisotropic dielectric waveguides have received considerable interest in recent years. The method of analysis mostly used is spectrum domain method. This paper presents an Improved Finite-Difference Time-Domain (IFDTD) method, while keeping the main merits of ordinary FDTD method, this new method overcomes, the defects of ordinary FDTD method by requiring less computation time and storage size The improved FDTD method has the advantages of wide scope of application, easy formulation, convenient programming with generalized procedures, and sure convergence and computation stability It can be used to analyze, finlines, microstrips and many other kinds of dielectric waveguide with open structures, and solve the problem of the anisotropic dielectric easily.
