摘要
将创业者与创业投资家的信任利用方式分为开发式利用和探索式利用,然后基于资源视角拓展了创业导向与创业绩效的经典模型,通过数据调查实证检验了信任利用方式、创业导向以及风险企业绩效三者之间的关系,由此得出了相应的结论:(1)信任利用方式对创业绩效存在正相关的影响,并且开发式信任利用方式对绩效的作用远高于探索式信任利用方式;(2)创业导向在信任利用方式与创业绩效之间起中介作用.
Based on the related literature,it firstly divides the using ways of trust（UWT） between entrepreneurs and venture capitalists into the exploiting and the exploratory ways,and expands the classical model of the trust between the entrepreneurial orientation（EO） and the entrepreneurial performance（EP） based on the resource perspective.It empirically examines the relation of UWT,EO and EP,and draws some conclusions.There exists positive relation between UWT and EP,and the exploiting way has greater positive impact on EP than the exploratory way.EO plays the mediator role between UWT and EP.
