摘要
以1CC型罐式集装箱为例,建立有限元分析模型,分别将介质惯性力处理为静载荷和动载荷,采用等效质量法、平均压强法和冲击载荷法计算其强度,并进行分析比较。结果表明,对罐体本身而言3种不同方式加载的应力强度差别较大,而对于罐式集装箱的框架,前两种加载方式得到的结果相近,冲击载荷法加载得到的应力强度显著增大。
A finite element model for 1CC tank container was established.Taking liquid inertial force as a static or dynamic load exerted on the container to calculate its strength and then having the result compared with that from equivalent quality method,average pressure method and impact load method respectively.The results show that the stress intensity they brought to container shell differs greatly with each other,and only the impact load method can bring strong stress intensity to container framework.
