摘要
对施工单位的预算报价的审核是工程造价确定和控制的重要环节,分析如何审核有利于公正、合理、科学、准确地确定工程造价,从而使业主最大限度地节省建设投资,施工单位获得应得的报酬。从工程量、施工工期、施工工艺和施工技术、材料和设备的价格四个方面的审核内容进行了分析,并就这四个方面审核的要点谈了自己的观点。
