摘要
带裙房的高层建筑结构,高层部分的地基承载力深度修正受裙房的影响会降低,裙房部分需要进行抗浮处理时,抗浮处理措施根据高层部分地基形式的不同而不同。设计时需要充分考虑结构本身的特点选用合理的方法。本文结合工程实例对此问题进行详细分析。
For structures of high-rise building with annex, ground beating capacity depth correction coefficient decreases will affected by annex building. Floating resistance measure varies in accordance with understructure of building tower when anti-floating treatment is needed for building annex. The features of building structure need to be taken into consideration to select reasonable approach for design. This article has conducted detailed analysis on this issue in combination withproject case study.
