摘要
采用自制的UASB反应器,以糖蜜废水为底物,接种絮状污泥进行HRT对发酵制氢的影响研究。结果表明:在温度为(37±1)℃,进水COD浓度为4 000 mg/L,出水pH为4.6~5的条件下,HRT在8~6 h范围时,反应器的产气速率和产氢速率达到最大并保持稳定,平均值分别为41 L/d和21 L/d左右,氢气含量稳定在52%左右;HRT为8 h时获得最佳产氢效果,此时的COD产气效率、产氢效率和COD去除率达到最大,分别为0.36,0.18 m3/(kg.d)和31%;HRT为8 h时反应器内生成大量结构密实、粒径为0.3 cm左右的颗粒;当HRT缩短为6 h时,反应器内出现大量白色絮状物,污泥颗粒也随之变得松散。因此,8 h时是获得产氢颗粒污泥的最佳HRT。
Effect of hydraulic retention time(HRT) on fermentation hydrogen production from artificial molasses wastwater in the self-design upflow anaerobic sludge blanket(UASB) reactor was investegated.Innoculated with flocculent sludge,the reactor ran at the influent COD of 4000 mg /L,the temperature of(37 ± 1)℃ and the pH of 4.6 ~ 5 using black sugar as substrate.The maximum biogas production yield of 41 L /d and hydrogen production yield of 21 L /d were obtained at the HRT of 8 ~ 6 h.The hydrogen content of the biogas fluctuated near 52% at the HRT of 8 ~ 6 h.The maximum biogas production rate of 0.36 m3 /(kg.d),the maximum hydrogen production rate of 0.18 m3 /(kg.d) and the maximum COD removal rate of 31% were obtained at 8 h.It showed that a lot of dense anaerobic granular sludge with radius around 0.3 cm formed at 8 h.When HRT decreased to 6 h,a lot of white flocs appeared in the reactor and granules become loose.It was demostrated that both optimum hydrogen production performance and granular sludge were achieved at 8 h.
