神经生长因子及其受体在自然流产绒毛组织中表达的研究

摘要 目的:通过测定神经生长因子(NGF)及其受体在早期自然流产和正常早孕者绒毛组织中的表达情况,探讨其临床意义。方法:收集自然流产者30例作为研究组和正常早孕人工流产者30例作为对照组,采用两步法原位杂交免疫组化方法检测两组对象绒毛组织中NGF及其受体高亲和型酪氨酸蛋白激酶类受体(TrkA)和P75的表达差异。结果:P75在绒毛组织染色阳性标本中的平均染色分值研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);NGF及其受体TrkA在绒毛组织染色阳性标本中的平均染色分值研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:NGF及其受体TrkA,P75在自然流产绒毛组织中异常表达可能与自然流产的发病机理有关。 Objective:To analyze the effect of nerve growth factor(NGF)and its receptors TrkA,P75 on early spontaneous abortion.Methods:Immunohistochemical analysis was used to determine expressions of NGF and its receptors TrkA,P75 in villi of early pregnant women with spontaneous abortion(n=30).Thirty women who underwent induced abortion served as the control.Results:In the positive-staining villi,the mean staining sore of P75 in the study group was significantly higher(P0.05),while those of NGF and TrkA were significantly lower(P0.05).Conclusion:The abnormal expression of NGF and its receptors TrkA,P75 in villi maybe involved in the pathogenesis of early spontaneous abortion.
