摘要
为研究火炮发射过程中弹丸激励下的身管振动特性,建立了弹丸膛内运动冲击作用下考虑其惯性效应的身管横向振动方程,采用小参数解法,给出了方程级数形式的解析解。针对弹丸有、无质偏2种工况,对不同运动参数下身管的振动特性进行了数值仿真。讨论了不同运动参数对炮口处的振动影响规律,并给出了定量分析结果,探究了弹丸连发激励下的炮口振动响应。仿真结果表明,欲降低火炮发射时的炮口振动,应合理控制弹丸膛内的运动速度。文中采用的建模与分析方法,可推广于移动激励作用下其它相关工程振动问题的求解。
For investigation of the vibration characteristic of barrel impacted by projectile during firing,its transverse vibration equation considering the inertia effect was established.By using a small parameter method,its series analytical solution was given.For the projectiles with and without mass-unbalance,the vibration characteristics of barrel were numerically simulated for different moving parameters.Some quantitative analysis results were presented,and finally,the response to continual projectile excitation in burst fire was discussed.The simulation results show that the projectile velocity in bore should be reasonably controlled in order to suppress the muzzle vibration in firing.The modeling and analytical methods adopted in this paper are also available for other engineering vibration problems induced by moving loads.
