弧齿锥齿轮冷挤压预制坯的优化设计 被引量:4

Optimum design of cold extruding perform for spiral bevel gear

摘要 针对三轮摩托车倒挡机构从动锥齿轮的结构特点,设计了冷挤压件。借助塑性有限元软件,模拟了弧齿锥齿轮的分流挤压成形过程,研究了预制坯的形状、锥角及直径对成形力及成形质量的影响。模拟结果表明,圆柱锥形预制坯最适合冷挤压成形,当坯料锥角比冷挤压件锥角小7°~12°时,成形力较小;而预制坯直径选择不当,将会造成齿形无法充满。工艺试验表明,采用数值模拟优化的预制坯,可直接成形出合格的冷挤压件,数值模拟结果对实际生产具有一定的指导意义。 Based on the structural feature of spiral bevel gear in the rear running gear of tri-motorcycle,the extruding part was designed.By the help of 3D rigid-plastic FEM Software Deform,the divided flow extruding process was simulated,and the shape,cone angle and diameter of preform were analyzed for the plastic force and forming steel.The simulations show that the plastic force is less when the cone angle of preform is 7°-12° less than the extruding part's.Improper preform diameter would bring to hollow kernels in bevel gears.The experiment results show that the optimized preform by numerical simulation could be extruded directly to qualified extruding part and simulation results are helpful to the die design.
