摘要
臭氧(O3)进入机体内可以激活免疫细胞,增强机体免疫能力,提高血氧饱和度,促进三羧循环,影响糖、蛋白质和脂肪代谢。设置试验Ⅰ组(饮水供臭氧组)、试验Ⅱ组(饮水+空气供臭氧组)和对照组研究臭氧对肉仔鸡体质量及免疫水平的影响。结果显示,试验Ⅱ组比对照组体质量增加263.63 g(P<0.01),料重比较对照组降低0.376;鸡新城疫血凝抑制试验值(NDHI)比对照组高2.19倍,离散度比对照组低0.483 6;鸡法氏囊病琼脂扩散试验抗体阳性率(IBD AGP)也比对照组高。说明在饮水中和空气中同时供给臭氧能够提高肉用仔鸡的体质量和免疫力。
When ozone(O3) enters the inner body,it activates immune cells to enhance body immunity,improves the oxygen saturation of blood,as well as promotes tricarboxylic acid cycle to stimulate metabolism of sugar,protein and fat.In this paper,the influence of ozone on body weight and immunity of broiler was studied.Three groups were designed: Group Ⅰ(adding ozone in drinking water only),Group Ⅱ(adding ozone in both drinking water and air),and Group control.The results showed that,compared with control group,in Group Ⅱ the body weight of broilers increased by 263.63 g(P〈0.01),feed/gain ratio decreased by 0.376,hemagglutination inhibition experiment of Newcastle disease(NDHI) raised by 2.19-fold,dispersion declined by 0.483 6.This study indicated that broiler body weight increased significantly and immunity was strengthened by adding ozone in both drinking water and air.
