摘要
实验以氮甲基二乙醇胺(N-MDEA)为亲水扩链剂,甲乙酮肟为封端剂,合成了封端型阳离子水性聚氨酯乳液。考察了封端量和N-MDEA用量及中和度对乳液性能的影响,并将最终产物进行了固色应用。结果表明:当n(—NCO):n(—OH)为1.09,封端量为11.7%,N-MDEA用量在5.2%,中和度100%~120%时产物性能最佳。分析表明,封端剂已经化学方法结合到聚氨酯分子链上,乳液的最佳pH值为4~6,解封温度为130℃。经乳液处理的深色纯棉织物干湿摩牢度均可提高1~2级,织物手感好,绿色环保,对色泽无影响。
The blocked cationic waterborne polyurethane emulsion was synthesized with N-methyl diethanolamine (N-MDEA) as hydrophilic chain extender,and methyl ethyl ketoxime as blocking agent. The parameters including the amount of MEKO,the dosage of N-methyl diethanolamine,the degree of neutralization were studied,the product properties were characterized,and the final product was applied to textile color fixing.The results showed that when the ratio of NCO/OH was 1.09,the amount of MEKO was 11.7%,the amount of N-MDEA was 5.2%,and the neutralization degree was 100%-120%,the excellent cationic fixing agent was obtained.The Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectrometer analysis showed that the blocking agent has already combined with the polyurethane molecular structure by chemical polymerization.It also showed that the best pH value of WPU emulsion was 4 - 6 by Zeta Potential.TGA analysis showed that the de-blocking temperature was 130℃. The product was used in fixation of cotton dyed fabric and the finishing results show that the wet and dry friction color fastness of treated fabric effectively improved by 1-2 levels.The treated products feeling is good and had no influence on the colors.The finishing process is green and successful.
