摘要
采用两条路线合成了季铵阳离子型的meso-四(4-N-乙基吡啶基)卟啉和对应的铁、钴,铜,锌,锰等几种金属配合物催化剂,采用UV-Vis、IR、MS和EA等对其结构进行了表征。同时,采用碱性甲醇溶液中氧气氧化对硝基甲苯制备对硝基苯甲酸作为模型反应,对上述催化剂的催化性能进行了表征,发现这些催化剂均有显著的活性。其中溴化meso-四(4-N-乙基吡啶基)锌卟啉催化活性最高,对硝基甲苯转化率、对硝基苯甲酸选择性和收率分别达到了90.6%、94.0%和85.2%。
Quaternary ammonium cationic meso-tetra(4-N-ethylpyridyl)porphyrin and metalized compounds thereof,including iron,cobalt,copper,zinc,manganese complexes,Br-as the counter ion,were designed and synthesized according to two pathways,and characterized with UV-Vis,IR,MS,EA and the like to confirm their desirable structures.Furthermore,the characterization of catalytical performances concerning these catalysts,were carried out with the preparation of p-nitrobenzoic acid from p-nitrotoluene by the catalytical oxidation of dioxygen in basic methanol solutions as the model reaction.It was found that these catalysts,including the ligand free of metal,were remarkably active to catalyze such reactions,wherein meso-tetra(4-N-ethylpyridyl)porphyrin zinc bromide showed the catalytically outstanding performance,the conversion for the raw material and the selectivity and yield for p-nitrobenzoic acid reached 90.6%,94.0% and 85.2%,respectively.
