摘要
综述了我国电力大用户直接交易的政策依据和发展历程,介绍了国内外大用户直接交易改革情况及经验,分析了我国大用户直接交易试点企业运营情况和存在的问题,结合石化企业案例比较了自建电厂与大用户直接交易的经济性,并提出开展直接交易工作的建议。
The article summarizes the policy basis and development course of China’s important power consumer direct transaction, introduces the reform situation and experience of domestic and foreign important consumer direct transacti on and analyzes the operati on situati on and existi ng problems of China’s important consumer direct transacti on experimental enterprises. Combining with cases of petrochemical enterprises, it compares the economics of building electric power plants by themselves and important consumer direct transacti on and puts forward some suggesti ons to promote direct transacti on work.
