摘要 本文提出一个新的对分布反馈(DB)半导体激光器进行数值分析的模型,并对DFB激光器在问值以上时的稳定性进行了分析.该模型考虑了空间烧孔效应和非线性增益效应,提出用向量法解决DFB激光器矩阵模型的数值方法,与牛顿-拉斐森(NR)法相比,向量法避免了复杂的自治运算,节省了运算时间.文章还分析了非激光射模型存在时DFB的单模稳定性问题.本文提出的数值模型适用于各种结构的DFB激光器的特性分析. An analysis of the threshold and above-threshold stability of distributed feedback (DFB) semiconductor laser diodes (LD's) is presented. It is based on a numerical model which takes into account effect of spatial hole burning (SHB) and the nonlinear gain coefficient. In the analysis, a new kind of technique is presented instead of NR method, and no functional derivative is required and self-consistence process was avoided. Taking into account the presence of another nonlasing mode, the single mode stability is determined. The model proposed can also be applied to various DFB LD structure.
