摘要
[目的]分析青少年掌骨长度与身高的关系,探讨掌骨长度与身高的相关系数、掌骨身高指数,为青少年身高及性别判别提供参考和帮助。[方法]2008年,在高密市随机抽取汉族9~19岁青少年611名进行掌骨长度与身高调查。[结果]调查男性280人、女性331人。男女左右手掌骨长度均有第2掌骨〉第3掌骨〉第4掌骨〉第5掌骨〉第1掌骨的趋势;男女第2掌骨长与身高的相关性最好,其次为第3掌骨;各掌骨长与身高相关性均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,各掌骨长度与身高增长趋势近乎一致。[结论]男女第2掌骨长与身高的相关性最好,其次为第3掌骨,各掌骨长度与身高增长趋势近乎一致。
[Objective]The correlation coefficient between metacarpal length and height was discussed by analyzing the relation of the adolescent metacarpal length and their height.It can provide some references and assistance to estimate height and sex of teenagers.[Methods]In 2008,611 teens aged 9 to 19 in Gaomi were selected to investigate to metacarpal length and height.[Results]There were 280 men and 331 women among respondents.Either hand metacarpal length of men and women had the trend as follows,the second metacarpal lengththe third metacarpal lengththe fourth metacarpal lengththe fifth metacarpal lengththe first metacarpal length.The results showed that there was the best correlation between the second metacarpal length and height,followed by the third metacarpal.The association between all of metacarpals and height had statistic signification（P0.01）.The length of all of metacarpals and height growth had the same trend.[Conclusion]The results showed that there was the best correlation between the second metacarpal length and height,followed by the third metacarpal.The length of all of metacarpals and height growth had the same trend.
