摘要
以马来酸酐(MAH)为单体、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂,用熔融接枝法制得改性废旧HDPE(MARPE),研究DCP、MAH含量对接枝产物性能的影响,用红外光谱(FIIR)对接枝产物进行分析,并将接枝产物用于废旧PC/ABS合金,用SEM观察界面。结果表明:马来酸酐能够在废旧HDPE上进行接枝;随着DCP含量的增加,接枝产物的接枝率逐渐增加,熔体指数减小;随着MAH含量的增加,接枝产物的接枝率先增加后减小,熔体指数无明显变化;马来酸酐接枝废旧HDPE能够提高废旧PC/ABS合金的界面相容性,改善其力学强度。
Maleic anhydride grafted recycled HDPE (MARPE) were prepared by melt extrusion with using recycled HDPE as matrix,maleic anhydride as monomer,dicumyl peroxide (DCP) as initiator. The effects of maleic anhydride (MAH) and DCP content on the properties of MARPE were investigated. MARPE was analyzed by FTIR and applied in PC/ABS alloy. Besides,the fracture surfaces of PC/ABS were observed by SEM. It was showed that MAH was successfully grafted onto the recycled HDPE and the melt index of MARPE reduced and the grafted degree increased with the increase of DCP concentration. Besides,the melt index of MARPE was not significantly changed and the grafted degree increased firstly then decreased with increasing MAH. The result also indicated that the mechanical strength of recycled PC/ABS was improved by of MARPE due to the meliorative interface adhesion.
