摘要
人才是整个社会进步的根本,国有企业作为主导国计民生的领导者,拥有得天独厚的条件和雄厚的资本,本该吸引大批人才流入,但是却面临着人才大量流失的问题,就该问题作者提出几点看法及对策。
As the base of the development in nowadays,the state-owned enterprise have the best capital.Although they are so powerful,but they still faced the problem of the loss of the talent.To resolve this problem the anthor rises her view and the resolve method.
