摘要
参考国际咨询工程师联合会（ＦＩＤＩＣ）编《土木工程施工合同条件应用指南》，结合我国、我省高速公路建设实际， 介绍了工程变更的范围、性质、重要性及文件的编制， 着重探索了工程变更价格确定的方法。
