摘要
为修订我国相关排放法规内容,针对满足欧Ⅳ排放标准的某型汽油车,分别按NEDC、FTP75、US06、SC03等4种循环进行了常温排放试验,从试验方法和工况特性等方面对试验结果进行了分析对比。试验结果表明,欧洲法规相对更关注车辆中低转速、中低负荷工况,因此满足欧Ⅳ排放车辆在低转速、大负荷工况的SC03循环中超过排放限值;美国SFTP法规制定的US06和SC03更全面地考量了车辆在各种转速、负荷分布下的排放特性。
To amend the emission regulations of China,a gasoline fuelled vehicle complying with Euro IV emission standard is subjected to emission tests under normal temperature in NEDC,FTP75,US06 and SC03 cycles respectively,and analysis and comparison are made to the test results in test method and operating conditions,etc..The results show that European regulations pay more attention to vehicle working conditions in low and medium engine speed and load,therefore the vehicles meeting Euro IV emission standards exceed limit value of emission in SCO3 cycle featuring low speed and high load conditions;While US06 and SC03 stipulated in US SFTP give more considerations to vehicles' different emission characteristics in different engine speeds and loads.
