摘要
论述了煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔带压封孔技术原理,结合定向控制技术,研究了"定长度、定深度"条件下的带压封孔技术。在贵州六枝工矿集团比德煤矿进行了现场应用研究,结果表明,带压定向注浆工艺单孔瓦斯高浓度抽采天数得到提高,单孔平均抽采周期延长了10.3天,表明该工艺具有显著的封堵裂隙特性;带压定向注浆封孔工艺单孔瓦斯抽采量增加了2026.53 m3,煤层瓦斯抽采率增加24.2%,效果显著。
The principle of grouting sealing under pressure has been discussed.Associated with directional control,the grouting sealing under pressure was researched under conditions of fixed length and depth.The field application has been carried out in Bide mine of Liuzhi coal industry group in Guizhou.The results show that the average drainage period of high concentration gas in single hole is 10.3 days longer than which by directional grouting sealing under pressure,the gas drainage increases 2026.53 m3 with the increase of 24.2%,suggesting good advantages in crack sealing.
