摘要
当前,在惩治和预防腐败工作中,信息不充分、不对称带来的制约日益突出,这种制约主要表现在对干部的监督管理、办案效率和制度设计三个方面。对此,必须强化信息先行、信息对称和信息运用意识,贯彻党的反腐倡廉建设总方针、总思路、总要求,落实中央《建立健全惩治和预防腐败体系2008—2012年工作规划》,充分运用信息研判、信息管理、信息技术、信息手段,以保证各项决策的科学性、监督管理的系统性、查办案件的高效性、制度建设的前瞻性,以及工作推进的针对性。
In the present work of punishing and preventing corruption,the restraint resulting from the deficiency and dissymmetry of information becomes more serious. It is demonstrated in the following three aspects including the supervision and management of cadres,the efficiency of working and the designing of systems. To solve the problem,we must strengthen the priority,symmetry and application of information,and implement the Party＇s anti-corruption principles,lines and policies. We should put into effect the five aspects demanded in the document titled Work Programs from 2008 to 2012 in Establishing and Perfecting Punishing and Preventing Anti-corruption System. We should also take full advantage of the judgment,management,technology and methods of information to ensure scientific decision-making,systematic supervision and management,high efficiency of investigating cases,far-sighted feature of system construction and well-targeted advancement of work.
