摘要
高职学生思想品德的形成需要教师的正确引导:从"情"入手,以情感人;从"恒"着眼,持之以恒;从"小事"着手,"小"中见大;用爱建筑,公正无私。
Correct guidance form teachers is needed in the process of the formation of student＇s ideological and moral characters in higher vocational colleges.Teachers should start from ＂feelings＂,commence from perseverance,train from ＂minor matter＂,and face all students by love and fairness.
