摘要
采用半干法合成片剂崩解剂校甲基淀粉(CMS);考察了氢氧化钠和一氯乙酸用量对CMS取代度(DS)的影响,DS和CMS中游离羧基与成盐羧基比值H/Na改变对CMS吸水溶胀性能的影响,并据此探讨片剂崩解过程中溶胀力的来源。
Carboxymethylstarch (CMS) tablets disintegrant was synthesized with hemi-dry process.The influence of the quantity of sodium hydroxyde and chloroacetic acid on the degree of substitution(DS)of CMS and the influence of H/Na(ratio of free and salified carboxyl groups of CMS) on the swelling per-formance of CMS were discussed- The result showed that when DS and H/Na were 0. 56 and 0.13~0.14respectively, CMS possessed the optimal performance of water-absorbing swelling. On the basis of this,the source of disintegration force of CMS was interpreted.
