摘要
德兴铜矿是特大型斑岩露天矿山,在矿山开采过程中年电动轮周转量过亿万t公里,全由电动轮汽车承担运输任务,这就对运输设备提出了更高的要求,根据当前电动轮汽车实际运行状况,针对轮马达温度高事件的分析,对轮马达的冷却及冷却风失压报警系统进行讨论,为今后电动轮汽车的日常维修提供了一定的方法和技巧。
Dexing Copper Mine is an extra large porphyry copper open pit mine.During exploitation process,the electric truck takes very important role for ore transportation,which turnover capacity of year is more than billion tons.This situation shows that higher requirement should be needed for transportation equipment.Based on current electric truck running status,high temperature issue of wheeled motor is analyzed,cooling and no-volt alarm system are discussed,some methods and artifices for electric truck daily maintenance are proposed in this article.
