摘要
以三氯化钌和2,2′-联吡啶为原料制备了发光探针分子Ru[(bipy)3]2+,然后将探针分子与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)混合进行聚合,获得Ru[(bipy)3]2+-PMMA温敏漆。对探针分子Ru[(bipy)3]2+的结构和性能进行了红外光谱(IR),X-射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM)及差热-热重(TG-DTA)测试。SEM照片显示探针分子样品呈现规则的层状六边形结构,六边形中对边的距离约为7μm左右;XRD测试结果表明探针分子的结晶性能良好,并在2θ=8.5℃方向优先生长,利用Scherrer公式计算的晶粒平均尺寸与SEM测试结果一致;TG-DTA分析结果表明,在560℃以下探针分子能够稳定存在。温敏漆在不同温度下的发射光谱测试结果表明,温敏漆随着温度的升高最强发射峰强度逐渐减弱,而最强发射峰波长不随温度变化,均在582 nm左右,说明PMMA基温敏漆在30~50℃范围内有良好的温度猝灭性能。
Using RuCl3 and 2,2-bipyridyl as raw materials,the luminescent probe molecules Ru[(bipy)3]2+ were prepared,and then via polymerizing them with methyl-methacrylate(MMA),the Ru[(bipy)3]2+-PMMA temperature sensitive paint(TSP) was obtained.The structure and properties of the prepared probe molecule samples were examined by IR,XRD,SEM and TG-DTA.The SEM photographs of the probe molecule samples show that the shape of the probe molecule is layered hexagonal,and the distance between two opposite sides of the probe molecular hexagon is about 7 μm.The XRD pattern shows that the probe molecules have good crystalline properties,and their prior growing direction is 2θ = 8.5.The mean crystal size calculated by Scherrer formula consists with that obtained by SEM,and TG-DTA analysis indicates that,below 560℃,the probe molecule is steady.The emission spectra of the prepared TSP at different temperatures illustrate that the emission strength of the TSP decreases with the increase of temperature,however,at the same time the emission peak position(582 nm) keeps no change.It also shows that the TSP with PMMA(polymethylmethacxrylate) matrix has good temperature quenching property at the temperature range of 30~50℃.
