摘要
目的：探讨汉防己甲素（ Ｔ Ｔ Ｄ） 作为中药耐药逆转剂，是否会引起耐药肿瘤细胞凋亡及其作用机制。方法：用琼脂糖凝胶电泳法观察 Ｈ Ｌ６０／ Ａｄｒ 细胞 Ｄ Ｎ Ａ 的梯状条带。结果：汉防己甲素组无梯状条带出现，而 Ｖ Ｐ１６ 组则出现明显的梯状条带。结论：汉防己甲素在耐药逆转的浓度内，不会引起 Ｈ Ｌ６０／ Ａｄｒ 细胞凋亡的发生。
Objective:The experiment was designed to observe the effects of tetrandrine(TTD) on apoptosis of HL?60/Adr cell line. Method:The DNA gradent bands were detected by agarosegel electrophoresis. Result:No gradient bands were found when TTD was used alone. Conclusion:TTD(1?μmol·L -1 ) does not induce the apoptosis of HL?60/Adr cell line.
