摘要
以建构主义学习理论作为电工电子实验中心建设的理论基础，论述了智能化开放的硬件环境以及网络化软件环境的创建要求，最后概述了智能网络化实验室实现的系统思路。
Constructing of Electric and Electronic Experiment Centre is based on the constructivism . This paper has introduced the construction request of the open hardware and network software environment. Finally, it has introduced how to realise the laboratory of intelligent network.
