摘要
中小企业在国民经济中扮演着越来越重要的角色,然而中小企业在发展壮大过程中都会遇到融资难的情况。本文从资产评估专业角度出发,以中小企业知识产权质押贷款的现状为分析对象,通过实例,提出了资产评估为中小企业融资创新服务急需解决的问题,阐述了通过制定相关政策、行业规范、准则和指导意见,来解决问题的设想。
Though SMES are playing a more and more important role in the national economy,in their development,they will inevitably encounter financing problems.From the perspective of asset evaluation,with intellectual property mortgage loans to SMEs as its study object,this paper proposed that asset evaluation is an urgent problem to be solved in financing of SMEs.Suggestions of making relevant policies,guide lines,regulations and instructions to address the problems are proposed.
