摘要 针对天然气管道破坏识别的问题,研究了各种典型破坏信号的特征。从检测管道内破坏声波的角度搭建平台并进行相关实验。设计了基于虚拟仪器的天然气管线破坏声波监测与定位系统。该系统使用高速单片机采集泄漏信号,计算机采用LABVIEW实现实时信号的采集、存储、分析和结果显示。当管线遭到破坏时能够准确定位并自动关闭阀门,减小事故损失。该系统具有成本低、人性化等特点。 The features of various pipeline damage signals were discusse,aiming at the identification of the leakage wave on natural gas pipeline.In terms of inside-pipeline damage signal test,it structured the platform and made experiments.The paper designed destruction monitoring and positioning systems of gas pipeline based on virtual instrument.It uses high speed single chip to collect the leakage signal,and use LABVIEW to realize the real time signal collection,storage,analysis and result display on PC.When the pipeline is being destroyed,the system locates the position accurately and close the valve automatically so that reduce accident losses.The system has a good feature of low-cost,humanization,etc.
