摘要
实验室信息系统(Laboratory Information Syetem,LIS)是指以临床实验室科学的管理模式为基础,借助现代通信技术、网络技术和计算机技术,对实验室各种信息进行高效管理,从而从整体上提高实验室综合效能的复杂的人机系统,通过检验人员在开发和改进过程中的参与,使LIS系统和检验工作能够更好的融合,发挥强大的使用和管理功能。使实验室工作能够智能化、人性化、高效化,从而大大提高工作效率、检验质量和速度。结合309医院检验科3年来在LIS系统使用中不断优化修改的经验总结进行讨论研究。
Laboratory information system （LIS） is a complicated man-machine system based on the clinical laboratory scientific management model.With the help of modern communication technology, network technology and computer technology, LIS can manage various information of laboratory efficiently and therefore improve the overall efficacy of laboratory.LIS system could be more suitable for daily experiment, if the contribution of laboratorian were added in its designment and development, and thus it can greatly improve the efficiency and quality of laboratory with intelligent, humane and efficient.In this work, we try to discuss the optimization and modification of LIS, under the experience of 3 years application of the LIS system in clinical laboratory of PLA 309 hospital.
