摘要 以桐庐供电局三维一体安全风险评估体系和应用系统为主体,介绍了桐庐供电局以刚性生产计划为主线,以电网风险评估、作业风险评估、班组风险评估为手段,基于工作流技术,构建了三维一体的安全风险评估体系及应用系统,实现了从管理到生产、从班组到现场、从人到物的全面风险管理,有效地提高了桐庐供电局安全风险评估的科学性、安全生产管理的管理水平和工作效率,为电力企业如果构建电网、设备、人身三维一体化应用提供了新的思路。 This paper introduces the three-dimensional integrated security risk evaluation and application system of Tonglu Power Supply Bureau. In order to achieve the all-around risk evaluation, which is to evaluate risks from management to production, from work group to work site, from personnel to equipment, rigid production schedule and work flow technology are used. Power grid risk evaluation, operation risk evaluation and work group risk evaluation are the main methods. Tonglu Power Supply Bureau takes a scientific approach to security risk evaluation using this system. The management level of secure production is raised and work efficiency is enhanced. A new thought on how to establish three-dimensional integrated application of power grid, equipment and personnel is proposed.
