摘要
近代湖南华昌公司斥巨资成功地进行了挥发法炼锑技术的引进,达到了当时世界的先进水平,为华昌公司后来的繁盛一时奠定了重要基础。其引进的技术即是现代所谓的挥发焙烧(熔炼)—还原熔炼炼锑工艺。华昌公司的技术引进之所以成功,主要是其领导者的远见卓识、政府的扶植、工程师的卓越才能和市场需求的拉动等因素的共同作用使然。知古鉴今,我们今天的技术引进应该以市场需求为导向,注重制度和管理创新的互动以及保障人才的可资利用。
Wah chang Company spent huge fond introducing volatilization method of antimony metallurgy technology successfully,which attained the advanced world advanced level temporarily and laid an important foundation of the later prosperity of Wah chang Company.The introduced method is the so called volatilization roasting,i.e.reduction smelting antimony metallurgy technology.Why the introduction of the technology is successful lies in the farsightedness of the leaders,the support of the government,the talent of the engineers and the demand of the market.What useful obtained for present days from the case is that the introduction of technology nowadays should be orientated on market and focused on the interaction of system and management innovation and the support of available talents.
