摘要
由于水中钒的含量仅为10 -6 g/L,无法直接用吸光光度法测定,因此可在分析前采用沉淀浮选法将钒分离富集,然后再进行测定。对用于分离富集钒的沉淀浮选法的机理、条件以及VH2O25BrPADAP三元络合光度法测定钒的影响因素进行了实验研究。结果表明,用沉淀浮选吸光光度法测定水中的微量钒,所用设备简单,富集倍数大,灵敏度高且干扰少,回收率为97% ~101% 。
The content of vanadium in water is very low, and it can be determined by three\|member complexation spectrophotometry when vanadium is enriched by depositing floatation method. The mechanism of depositing floatation of vanadium is explained. The effects of pH value, amount of carrier, surface active agent, H 2O 2 and 5\|Br\|PADAP on determination are investigated. The recovery ratio of vanadium is 97%~101%. This method is simple, sensible and suitable for determining trace vanadium in water.
